Charles Conway

Managing Director

Charles Conway is the Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Governance Solutions

Charles holds many relevant industry qualifications including a Master’s Degree in Management and Corporate Governance and a BComm Degree in Banking and Finance from University College Dublin. He also holds a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice and is registered as a Qualified Financial Adviser in Ireland and is a Chartered Company Secretary.

In previous roles Charles established and managed the Company Secretarial Department of one of the largest independent management companies in Ireland and delivered company secretarial services and provided advice on governance to the European Entities of a number of the largest asset managers in the world (these included MIFID Firms, UCITS management Companies and AIFM’s) and their respective fund and spv structures.
